We respect the needs of both Members and Carers and understand that life can be unpredictable! 

You're always able to chat with Members during your visits and with the Kynd App, to keep in touch about any definite or possibly needed changes to any scheduled visits and bookings, that you might be aware of. 

If a Member cancels more than 24 hours before the start time of the visit, then no cancellation fee exists. 

If a Member cancels within 24 hours of the start time of the booking, they will still be charged, as you as the Carer / Support Worker have allocated your time. However, if you wish, you can agree to not charge for this visit. You'll need to email Kynd with details and your approval and we'll then process a refund for them. 

As a Carer & Support Worker, you also agree to get in touch with Members if you're unable to attend a scheduled visit. If you do not show up for a scheduled visit, they will receive a full refund for that booking.
